Continuing its dedication to ensuring the world’s best brokerage network, IYC is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Barcelona. Officially opening in January 2017 the new office will be located in The Gallery building of the prestigious One Ocean Port Vell marina, a premium destination in the Port of Barcelona for superyachts in Spain. The new IYC operation will be primarily focused on Charter and Sales services but will also provide support to yachts located in the area.
Perfectly positioned in the heart of One Ocean Port Vell the striking Gallery Building overlooks the water and superyacht moorings; it is ideally suited as an office location, allowing IYC to always be close at hand for its clients. The Gallery is also home to a crew lounge and other marine business, ensuring IYC is at the heart of all superyacht activity in the marina.
Spain is a popular yachting destination and an important location for IYC’s clients and for the superyacht industry alike. From 2017 until 2019 Barcelona and One Ocean Port Vell will play host to the MYBA Charter Show, confirming the importance of the city as a superyacht location and reinforcing IYC’s decision to establish its presence in the country. Cambry Czuplak, IYC Yacht Charter Consultant, will be based out of the Barcelona office.
