At 119' (36.3m), the Ultima 111 is the result of a collaborative effort with the renowned Dutch design agency, Phantom Studio. The build of this exquisite vessel is taking place at Sunreef’s state-of-the-art facility in Ras al Khaimah, UAE.

With a focus on sustainability and wellness, the Ultima 111’s interiors embrace biophilic principles, seamlessly integrating natural elements with sophisticated style. The design incorporates earthy and neutral tones accented by organic curves and warm hues. Recyclable and reclaimed materials, such as wood, glass, and carpets, have been prioritized, highlighting Sunreef’s commitment to eco-conscious luxury.

The yacht is designed to accommodate up to ten guests and features a thoughtfully arranged five-cabin layout. The owner’s cabin is strategically positioned with direct access to the foredeck, offering unparalleled convenience and privacy. Guest cabins are elevated above the hulls and equipped with panoramic windows, providing expansive views of the surrounding seascape.

The main salon is a versatile space, featuring fold-out balconies that transform the dining area into an al fresco setting, perfect for enjoying meals under the open sky. Towards the rear of the yacht, a marble bar area complemented by comfortable sofas creates an elegant social space.
