Prior to her tenure at IYC, Chryso honed her skills and knowledge in the legal field while working within the legal department of a Big4 firm. Her specialization in Corporate Law and Banking & Finance equipped her to advise high-profile clients on a wide spectrum of complex projects. Her portfolio includes international corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, local and cross-border reorganizations, and project financing transactions. Her professional interests extend to structured finance and securitization transactions, an area she dedicated herself to during her LLM studies.
Chryso is fluent in both Greek and English and possesses conversational proficiency in French. Her multilingual capabilities further enrich her ability to serve clients effectively in diverse and international settings.
