Heather is a third-generation native Floridian with a deep-rooted connection to the ocean and sunshine. She attended the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications. Her passion for travel led her to a role with the United States Army as a Logistics Management Specialist.
Eager to merge her love for travel and the sea, Heather entered the yachting industry in 2008. She spent three years living and working in some of the world's premier charter destinations—St. Maarten, Fort Lauderdale, and Newport, Rhode Island—as an Assistant Sales and Charter Broker with IYC. She later went on to establish and grow a Charter Management Fleet at a leading brokerage firm in South Florida, overseeing a diverse portfolio of yachts worldwide.
Heather rejoined IYC as the Global Director of Charter Management, where she successfully expanded the company's global fleet. After six years in this role, she transitioned to focus on her core passion—client relationships—as a Senior Charter Manager.
Heather is an active member of several esteemed industry organizations, including the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), the Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association (MYBA), and the American Yacht Charter Association (AYCA), where she currently serves as Vice President.
