Malena brings strong academic and hands-on experience in the maritime world. She holds a BSc in Business Studies with Shipping Management from the University of Greenwich and is currently enrolled in the ICS Annual Professional Maritime Programme at HELMC in Piraeus.

Malena recently worked at Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement where she supported the Fleet Management team, handling documentation, vessel communications, and operational coordination.

Before that, she worked at BWA Yachting Greece as a Seasonal Operations Yacht Agent, coordinating smooth yacht operations and client service during a busy season. She’s now joining  the yacht management team, combining operational know-how with a passion for communication and client satisfaction.
