Michael is a seasoned professional with a lifelong passion for yachting. Growing up in San Diego, California, Michael began his yachting career at a young age by working at his family's boatyard. From there, he became a junior sailor through SDYC; his passion for yachting has led him to several refits of his yachts and his continued enthusiasm for speed in his performance boats. He continues his love for boating with his two children, Jace and Mia.
Michael's expertise goes beyond personal passion. He spent three decades within the brokerage community, including founding and running his own brokerage houses, before joining IYC. The last 16 years have been dedicated to the global yachting market, and Michael's professional expertise serves all aspects of yachting, focusing on the large yacht segment of the industry.
