Some golfing destinations are legendary for their concentration and quality of courses. Others are prized for their remote location, scattered at the ends of the earth. DETAILS As Florida’s oldest golf course, The Breakers in Palm Beach remains a haven of lush green. Findlay-designed course underwent a full renovation in 2018 at the hands of golf course architect Rees Jones. DETAILS Almost as beautiful from the skies as it is from the ground, the Ocean Club course is a golf- er’s dream. This 18-hole par 72 championship course stretches over 7,100 yards on Atlan- tis, Paradise Island Oceanside's peninsula. Designed by Tom Weiskopf, its lined by white- sand beaches, including popular Cabbage Beach and Paradise Beach, both edging on the Atlantic Ocean. For those looking to scratch up on skills, the Academy offers private golf lessons, playing lessons and small group clinics with PGA certified instructors to everyone from beginner to advanced.

DETAILS Positioned just a stone’s throw from the pictur- esque Lake Garda, the course at Chervò Golf Hotel was designed by architect Kurt Rossk- necht and boasts 36 holes of which nine are executive and 27 are championship. After a few days testing your skills on the fairways, meet the yacht at one of three Venice marinas to begin a whirlwind charter that begins in the Grand Canal before setting off for Croatia’s Adriatic waters, sailing past a striking craggy coastline, historical highlights, myriad national parks and hopping around the land of 1000 islands.

DETAILS The Pebble Beach Golf Links is the number one public course in the Unit- ed States. Cruise passed the famed Lone Cypress and Pescadero Point to drop anchor in Carmel Bay, before teeing off in front of a Spanish Bay sunset. The best time of year for a California yacht charter is from May to November, however Southern California’s season can be enjoyed all year round.
