Built by iconic American yard Broward in 2001, and currently lying in Palm Beach, My Lady is a raised pilothouse yacht with a bimini top and Euro-style transom. A recent paint job has My Lady showing like new.
My Lady can welcome up to 10 guests in five beautiful and spacious staterooms. Rare for a yacht her size, the master is located on the main deck in prime position. Further cabins include the VIP, one Queen and two twins. Her interior is classically styled, using warm cherry woods and luxurious furnishings, and a wide beam ensures generous spaces throughout the vessel.
The large main saloon is a welcoming space, with comfortable seating and a full entertainment system. The main saloon connects directly out to the enclosed air-conditioned main aft deck (which can also be opened), a full dining set up and bar. Stepped access leads down to the transom, which serves as a base for water sports and swimming. Stairs lead up to the flybridge, which is shaded by a new bimini top, that is home to a dinette, seating, sun loungers for relaxing, and storage for tenders.
Her shallow draft of just 5’9’’ (1.75m) makes her ideally suited to cruising the Bahamas and other shallow cruising grounds. Powered by twin CAT 3412E 1400HP engines, she cruises at 14 knots and can reach maximum speeds of 20 knots. An ultra-modern stabilization system ensures high comfort levels. Well maintained since her launch, recent work has included the new bimini top and the installation of non-skid painted flooring on foredeck.
A must-see to appreciate all her space and amenities, My Lady is sure to delight.

Michael was introduced to boating while spending his first 18 summers in Cape May, New Jersey working in his fathers shipyard and mating on his boats. After graduating from business school in Boston with an MBA degree, Michael owned and operated a sport fishing boat for five years between Palm Beach Florida and Nantucket, Massachusetts. Michael then went into the Merchant Marine and earned his 1600 ton master’s license. He then spent 10 years as a yacht and ship captain including three years as captain of a U.S. Navy research ship. Michael then returned to Palm Beach and started a marine service business and began his career as a yacht broker. From 1990 till present Michael has worked for two prominent yacht brokerage firms and most recently has joined IYC in Palm Beach, Florida. With 30 years in the yachting business, Michael is well positioned to help his clients in all aspects of yachting including sales, service and new build projects.
With over 19 years of experience in the yachting industry, Brendan understands the importance of a strong client/broker connection. He’s aware of what it takes to maintain this relationship, and strives to make each of his clients visions come to fruition whether it be buying and/or selling.
Yachting is a lifestyle investment which can be a daunting process; as such, Brendan’s goal is to be involved in every step whether it’s the purchase or sale of a boat or assisting in all stages of a new build.
A few characteristics that set Brendan apart from others are his:
Brendan was born and raised in Pennsylvania. Upon his college graduation he received a job offer as Marketing Director for The Catamaran company based out of Fort Lauderdale. At the time he knew almost nothing about boats and doesn’t recall much except getting seasick. But despite that, Brendan took the job and liked the industry so much that he decided to stick with the industry and take several other yachting jobs. He worked his way up the ranks and Captained sail and motor yachts for nearly a decade.
The natural shift towards brokerage was an easy decision for Brendan to make. The vast amount of knowledge he had acquired throughout the years set him up to be an excellent yacht broker; one who possessed a great amount of experience at the helm as well as an immeasurable amount of information which would set him apart from other brokers in the industry.
Over the years, Brendan learned on the decks that no two vessels are the same. He developed a deep understanding of what different vessels had to offer – an invaluable insight which now helps him match clients with the perfect yacht for their needs.
