A compact yacht with all the comforts and features seen on larger vessels, one of the highlights of XAOS is her versatile exterior spaces. The aft deck is the main focal point of this sleek and sporty coupe; take advantage of the wet bar and grill as you enjoy barbecues in the sunshine. The comfortable L-shaped sofa surrounds a large teak table, which is perfect for evening drinks and dinners for all on board. This area also can be quickly transformed into a large daybed, complete with a retractable sunshade.

Entering the salon through the glass infinity doors, you're welcomed into a brand-new interior with almost seven feet of headroom. A large custom U-shaped sofa that is wrapped in a plush polar vinyl is located on the starboard side, with a polished wooden table to enjoy a light breakfast or coffee. This sofa can also be made into an additional berth. All of the adjoining galley’s appliances and amenities are smartly housed in sophisticated cabinetry and include a brand-new Frostine white countertop, an art-deco sink, a Kenyon 2-burner induction stovetop, an Isotherm 2-drawer refrigerator and freezer, a storage bay with a wine cooler and a hook up for an optional washer/dryer. Forward of the salon and galley is the spacious helm station that benefits from exceptional visibility through the generous glass windows and a large sunroof.
XAOS sleeps four overnight. Her guest suite can be configured as two twin beds or a queen with a double bed. This cabin has ample storage and an ensuite bathroom, which double as the day head. The large master stateroom benefits from over six feet of headroom, and the generous windows and overhead hatch allow for an impressive amount of natural light. The queen-size bed is located in the center of the room, with hanging lockers on both the port and starboard sides of the stateroom. The vast ceiling height continues into the en-suite bathroom, which has storage and a separate shower stall.
Lightly used since her delivery, XAOS reports just 145 hours on her twin 480 HP Cummins QSB 6.7 engines. With a cruising speed of 28 knots, a fuel capacity of 342 gallons, and a shallow draft, she is an excellent option for sailing in the Florida Keys, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean.

Matthew remains deeply committed to continuing education and has a particular passion for new construction builds. He has spent time touring most of the world’s leading international shipyards including Lurssen, Feadship, Heesen, San Lorenzo, Baglietto, and Benetti to name a few, all while sharpening his skillset to meet his clients’ growing needs. He has pledged to leave his mark on the industry. Matthew is a regular on AWE’s networks television series “Selling Yachts” and has been featured in a variety of industry magazine publications.
