Ares is a Mangusta Luxury 108’ model benefitting from a layout that can be easily modified to suit the needs of her guests – she has the option to arrange the salon’s main dining area either forward or aft. The salon has an elegant modern design, achieved using rich wood flooring, subtly detailed furnishings and pale paneling. A 65-inch smart television and a maxi screen for projections offer an excellent movie experience. A large sunroof can be opened to connect this main living area with the outdoors. Beyond the main salon, there is a wine cellar, a professional galley with stainless steel units, and a laundry. An additional luxury feature that can be enjoyed by all guests is the vessel’s Turkish Bath.

The magnificent owner’s cabin on board Ares in the largest suite found on a yacht in this category. This huge space offers the owner a super king sized bed and private bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower and widescreen television. Aside from its attached gymnasium, the suite is also equipped with a study area and a state of the art entertainment system. Ares offers two further VIP suites, and a triple cabin with two single beds and a coach bed, with all cabins benefitting from en suite bathrooms and audiovisual equipment with iPad controls.

The aft deck holds an impressive Jacuzzi, which can be cleverly converted to a maxi day bed when not in use, with plenty of additional relaxed seating available nearby. A second sunbathing platform is found on the foredeck, with this and a generous swim platform giving guests plenty of options for relaxation in the sun. Ares’  tender garage is equipped with a Novamarine 400 tender and a Jetski Seadoo.

This Overmarine Mangusta vessel has enjoyed sole ownership since her launch in 2005. Her careful owner has kept the vessel in excellent condition, undertaking regular maintenance. Further to this, a total refit was completed in 2017 when Ares received a complete engine and generator overhaul in 2019. She was also repainted with DuPont paint in mother of pearl and, as a RINA classed vessel, she received her 10 year review in 2017. With excellent seakeeping capabilities, she reaches top speeds of 37 knots, powered by two MTU 12 V 4000 M 90 engines.
