127’/38.17M M/Y BELLA UNA SOLD BY IYC

IYC is pleased to announce the sale of 127’/38.17m  M/Y Bella Una  by Sales & Charter Consultant Mark Elliott. Custom built by premier American yard Burger in 2003, with a refit in 2017 and professional maintenance throughout her lifetime, she features exterior design work and naval architecture by the expert team at Burger and is a beautiful example of high-quality American construction. Classic exterior lines combined with generous indoor and outdoor spaces and a timeless interior make her an appealing prospect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy life on the water.

Commissioned by an experienced owner, who has built 4 Burger yachts, this expertise is reflected in every detail. The owners have spared no expense in the impeccable maintenance and care for Bella Una, overseen by her long time Captain. Her many assets include being wheelchair friendly with an elevator that connects the decks, wide walkways and a custom aft deck lift to access the swim platform. There are also three gantry cranes, conveniently located, to lift a wheelchair easily to the dock.

Bella Una is able to welcome up to 10 guests in five well-appointed cabins, with up to eight crew on board. The full beam on-deck master stateroom is a stand out space featuring a king bed, impressive walk-in closet, separate seating area and large en suite. Four additional staterooms – two queen, two twin – all ensuite, complete the package of luxury living, each with Burger’s classic style and bespoke finishing work. The yacht features an interior by Belden Design that is the epitome of elegance, blending exquisite wood work and fine finishing throughout. The main salon is a large inviting space that features Makore wood with raised panels, and beautiful ceiling panels with a decorative wood trim. The main salon is home to a formal dining table for 10 as well as plentiful seating and a full entertainment system. Wine enthusiasts will delight in the 200-bottle climate controlled wine cellar, perfect for storing a collection. A second large guest space is the sky lounge, which boasts sweeping views and a relaxed space to enjoy, including a full entertainment system and bar that is tailored for cocktail hour or casual gatherings. The connecting bridge deck is home to gym equipment, for onboard work outs, and can also store an inflatable tender.

Outside the aft deck offers al fresco seating, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an outdoor meal. This deck leads directly down to the full beam swim platform, which is an excellent base for water sports, swimming, diving and tender access, with an adjacent lazarette also providing easy access to a dive compressor. A full fishing set up is also in place on the swim platform, perfect for keen and amateur anglers alike. The sundeck is a real highlight, however, with large spaces, several seating options, a bar, spa hot tub and a weatherproof sound system; the ideal spot for outdoor living and an entertainers dream.

Powered by Caterpillar engines, Bella Una cruises at 12 knots with a transatlantic range of 4000nm, and has a maximum speed of 15 knots. Comfort is assured thanks to her four Fin Quantum At Anchor Zero Speed Stabilizers and full displacement hull. A shallow draft makes her ideally suited for cruising the popular Bahamas.
