41'/12.8m CARVER XAOS FOR SALE WITH IYC

Located in Boca Raton, Florida, she can accommodate four guests in her newly refitted interior. Built in 2018 and reporting low engine and generator hours, she is in immaculate condition for her new owners.
Xaos was purchased by her current owner in 2020 and immediately was refitted at the Carver/Marquis shipyard. The work included a brand new interior with polished walnut woodwork, satin finish walnut flooring, new and upgraded sofas, updated refrigeration, bottom paint, a new stainless steel anchor and upgraded WiFi. Since then, she has been used for just five hours.
One of the many highlights on board Xaos is her aft deck. This area offers seamless access to the swim platform and tender storage, as well as a large socializing space complete with a wet bar and grill. The L-shaped built in sofa will comfortably seat four and can be converted into a daybed, and guests can be shaded by a large retractable sunshade.
Guests will move easily inside into the main salon, which is filled with light thanks to her large glass infinity doors. The large table in the center of the comfortable seating makes it an additional place to enjoy meals or drinks. The helm is located forward of the main salon. The guest cabin benefits from a flexible layout that can have both a twin and a double berth and an ensuite bathroom that doubles as the day head.
In addition to being one of the few 42’ Carvers currently on the market, XAOS stands out from the crowd thanks to her various upgraded equipment. The Cummings QSB 6.7 twin engines (with joystick controls) report less than 150 hours of use. She has a fuel capacity of 342 gallons and a comfortable cruising speed of 28 knots (max: 32 knots).
