86’/26.21M M/Y IMPORTANT BUSINESS SOLD BY IYC

IYC is pleased to announce the sale of 86’/26.21m Falcon Important Business by Richard Gray and Kevin Bonnie. Built in 1999 by Italian yard Falcon Yachts, she has been continually upgraded and has been carefully maintained ever since her launch.

Able to accommodate 10 guests in four cabins, Important Business offers a large amount of on board space for a yacht of her size. The yacht features a classically modern interior, with use of warm woods and other opulent furnishings including red leathers. The long main saloon is lined with tall windows, for a light and airy ambiance, with lounge seating, an entertainment system and a separate space for formal dining. All guest cabins are spacious and welcoming, and include a full beam master, VIP and two twins.

Leading directly out from the main saloon the aft deck features al fresco dining and sofa seating. A large upper deck serves as a social and relaxation hub with large soft seating, Jacuzzi, sun pads and dining table, with optional awning for sun protection. The forward deck features additional sun pads for guests to relax on and enjoy the sunshine. Stepped access down from the main deck leads to a wide transom that serves as a swim platform and ensures that water lovers have easy access to the sea for swimming and making use of Important Business’ collection of toys and 4.2m Avon tender. With low hours on her twin CAT 3412 engines she cruises at 22 knots, with a top speed of 24 knots. Her fiberglass construction means she is light, fast and efficient in the water.
