This “no limit” adventure yacht has a wide range of layout possibilities. The aft deck can transition from housing every state-of-the-art piece of recreational equipment to quite literally an open aft deck like a “blank canvas” for charter guests to be as free and creative as they wish.
To show sequence and continuity, Design Unlimited and GCMNA teams decided to showcase their skills without drawing a line in the sand. Quite the contrary actually, the seamless symbiosis between Owner, Design and architecture makes your day to day transitions of the interior and exterior of the vessel effortless.
KING BENJI’s forward and aft facing upper decks below the observation pod offers a lush private lair, which also doubles as a tropical oasis. Equipped with an 8 seated interactive teppanyaki grill facing aft, two double sun loungers, and ample deck space offering a bird’s eye view of the stern and surrounding areas. Just above is the “observatory”, a beacon of wonder with an elevated vantage point to take that Instagram worthy shot.
Postmodern art deco meets the subterranean charm of the deep blue sea. KING BENJI has four spacious guest suites with their very own theme. A playful addition to the sophisticated finish of each area where guests will be resting are tile mosaics that Design Unlimited and the owner spared no expense in selecting. Attention to detail and craftsmanship were paramount in building this yacht.
KING BENJI has a one-of-a-kind bow that features a large hot and cold plunge pool and a lounge area adjacent to the master suite. With the access points both port and starboard side, the his and hers concept is taken to another level. Whether to entertain ten guests on the bow, enjoying your morning coffee, having a cold plunge, looking out at the vastness of the ocean or dialing in a more tranquil secluded spa ambience, this layout ticks all the boxes. The choice is yours.
After the huge success of M/Y ARTIFACT, world renowned Naval Architect, Greg Marshall, has yet again delivered the versatility and value of a 230’ (70m) yacht on a 154’ (47m). KING BENJI’s aft deck musters up nearly 2,000 square feet (186 sqm) of usable free deck space. Whether its 4 on 4 basketball, Vinyasa yoga, arriving utilizing the on-deck 40’ (131m) custom built Nor-Tech that reaches 70 knots, or just gazing up at the stars, “King Benji’s” crew is dedicated to utilizing this one-of-a-kind space to cater to whatever their charter guests’ hearts desire.
A home away from home thanks to her heavily awarded interior team led by Mark Tucker of Design Unlimited, guests are sure to settle into this blend of modern art deco and nouveau with a playful eye and a full heart. The interior seamlessly merges luxury and nature, incorporating natural woods, environmental feature walls, and a mixture of textures to create spaces that connect guests with the environment. With large spaces making her feel like a much larger yacht, the effect is amplified by the abundance of natural light allowed indoors.
KING BENJI can accommodate 10 guests in 5 luxurious cabins. She features expansive guest quarters, including a master suite complete with a private deck, its own bar, and lounge areas. Four guest suites below the main deck await, each with their own unique theme and color contrasts.
The open aft deck, together with its impressive 10-ton crane capacity, ensures that KING BENJI can carry all the toys required for any activity, making her perfect for adventurous guests. The aft deck can accommodate an eleven-meter tender, a smaller rescue tender, and four jet skis, with two separate cranes. This space seamlessly transforms into a large beach club when all the toys have been removed, providing an exceptional venue for relaxation and entertainment.
Beyond providing amazing views, the bridge deck aft provides another beautiful space to relax and entertain. This deck is equipped with a large teppanyaki bar and TV, along with two twin sunbeds. There is also a ladder on this deck that leads to the observation pod, offering the perfect place to relax and capture breathtaking views. The bow captures a lot of sunshine and includes multiple sun loungers, one of which hides a jacuzzi/cold pool underneath. The observation pod on the top deck provides an intimate space to relax and enjoy panoramic views.
KING BENJI brings out the inner child in anyone, featuring a massive climbing wall, a bridge deck to hull water slide, two inflatable islands (golf & water toys). Her inflatable apparatus inflates and deflates in just 15 minutes, eliminating long wait times and giving guests more time for pleasure and adventure. KING BENJI does not shy away from the technical aspects of yachting; it's actually quite the opposite, the yacht stands to deliver a customized yachting experience, whether keeping you connected thanks to high speed Starlink connectivity, or going off the beaten track, engaging the zero speed stabilizers for a smooth ride, or taking the seas head on.
All in all, KING BENJI invokes by design everything The Owner, Design unlimited & GCMNA team stand for, and that’s an “unlimited” approach to free space, pleasure, and adventure yachting. From all over the world, KING BENJI’s crew is hand selected to offer exceptional service and hospitality, along with a Chef whose Michelin pedigree naturally fits the bill. “King Benji 6” doesn’t look for the right fit in a charter guest, rather possesses the wherewithal to make every charter guest feel as though their experience is fit for a “king”.
