IYC CLOSES SIX SALES IN TWO WEEKS
IYC continues its robust 2020 sales performance this year with a staggering six yachts sold in the first two weeks of February, five of which occurred in just one week. The largest yacht is 55m (180’) Amels 4YOU sold by IYC Sales Consultant Kevin Bonnie. Built in 2021, the steel-hulled beauty is the second yacht in Amels’ renowned Limited Editions 180 series. It features vast exterior deck space, including a large sundeck with an air-conditioned glass gym, complemented by a contemporary Laura Sessa interior.
Michel Chryssicopoulos is responsible for two closings – the 33.45m (109'9’') 4US, a beautifully-kept 2002 example of Baglietto’s 33 Fast Line model, and sold together with Betty Gkika, Baglietto’s 30.4m (99'8'') MARAYA designed inside and out by Francesco Paszkowski. The remaining three sales comprised 31m (101’) Italcraft KAMBOS BLUE sold by Costas Dimopoulos, 28m (92’) AllSeas Yachts HEAVEN’S GATE sold by Roy Sea and 22.8m (75’) Canados GORGEOUS sold by Vangelis Filiadis.
