The Morgan Hoffman Foundation was founded in support of PGA Pro Morgan Hoffmann who revealed in December 2017 that he had been diagnosed with muscular dystrophy.The Foundation’s goal is to help raise funds towards research for a cure and assistance for those living with the disease. The IYC event saw Hoffmann in attendance together with several other current and former PGA Tour names including Rickie Fowler, Bud Vauley, Jamie Lovemark, John Curran, Jordan Niebrugge and Brad Faxon, who have all thrown their support behind the Foundation.

IYC is inspired by Hoffmann’s approach and his determination to raise funds to help others and the charity event was the perfect way to profile the foundation and raise awareness of Hoffmann’s work. The IYC event benefitted from several supporters including official sponsors IGY Marinas, Berth One Palm Beach, Lindsay Strafuss Realtor, Yachts International Magazine, SSI Petroleum and Davos. Generous donations towards the silent auction included coveted prizes such as a stay at a luxury villa in the Grand Isle Resort in Exuma, Bahamas, supplied by GIV Bahamas.

IYC is proud that this event proved such a success, raising more than $50,000 and thanks all those who attended and supported the charity night for making it possible.
