Nikola grew up between Southern Africa and the United States and in 2014, joined the yachting industry. Raised by incredible mentors, she quickly rose through the ranks, and became a chief stewardess early on in her career. With the majority of her vessels being heavily chartered, Nikola has always had her finger on the pulse of what a successful charter program entails. 

Working closely with Owners, Guests and Captains, her role was to facilitate unforgettable trips and to not only meet but consistently exceed expectations. She has extensively traveled the Bahamas, US East Coast and Mediterranean waters which has given her an insider’s knowledge of global itineraries, onshore recommendations, and various destination expertise. 

Nikola has since transitioned into the role of a Charter Manger at IYC, where she is surrounded by industry leaders and shall prove herself as a strong and dynamic team player within the company. Nikola looks forward to assisting clients in building a successful charter reputation and facilitating the growth and promotion of their brand. 

In her free time, she can be found riding Harley Davidsons with her husband, taking her dachshund, ZZ, on adventures, hosting dinner parties and networking at various industry events.
