The project which was sold to her current owner by Global Managing Partner, Michel Chryssicopoulos, will be available for charter with IYC from April 2024.

She can accommodate up to 12 guests in six ensuite cabins, each designed with a head height of 11’ (3.3m). Her spacious owner’s suite is like a villa itself, boasting a large skylight, a panoramic terrace, and a unique vertical garden spanning two decks.

The interiors, crafted by Mattia Piro and Gian Marco Campanino, showcase futuristic shades, smooth finishes, and a touch of pure luxury with refined details and sophisticated materials. The yacht presents enormous volume, with almost 47’5” (14.5m) of beam, and seamless indoor/outdoor connection. Floor-to-ceiling doors and open layouts create a harmonious transition, allowing guests to move effortlessly between the luxurious interiors and the expansive exterior decks.

The main lounge features floor-to-ceiling doors, creating a smooth flow to the exterior lounge, complete with a bar, game area, swimming pool, and formal dining space. The upper deck hosts a spa with a treatment area, sauna, and sensorial shower, as well as a versatile "playroom" or additional guest cabin. For an added flair when entertaining, the galley features polarized glass for show cooking.



Optimized hull lines enhance hydrodynamic efficiency, leading to a substantial reduction in fuel consumption and emissions. Compliant with IMO Tier III requirements, THIS IS IT features innovative exhaust gas treatment technology to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.
