74’ Marlow Emilie sold by IYC

12th May 2016
IYC has completed the sale of 74’ (22.81m) Emilie, a Marlow Explorer 70E model, with Mark Elliott of IYC Fort Lauderdale representing the seller.
Built by Marlow in 2004 Emilie received a new paint job and teak decks in 2014, with further service work, including a bottom paint, in August 2015 leaving her in turn key condition. “She is a nice clean boat in very good condition and has been extremely well cared for,” said Mark Elliott. Combining luxury design with a generous and practical layout, this beautiful pilothouse model is from Marlow’s explorer line and is well-equipped for long range cruising. Accommodating six guests across three state rooms, with a classically style interior, she has a maximum cruising speed of 18knots

Emilie is the third yacht sold by Mark Elliott in just one week, following the sale of 52.1m (167’) Gravitas, built by Feadship, and of 25.25m (82’) Miss Ginny, also built by Marlow.

Special thanks go to David Nichols of Bradford Marine for bringing the buyer.
