Kokoretsi is one of the top favorites, a must-have during Easter festivities in nearly every Greek home. This succulent dish is prepared by roasting salt, pepper, and oregano-seasoned lamb or goat liver, wrapped in intestines and slowly roasted on a spit over charcoal, resulting in a delectable and aromatic rotisserie meal.

The delicious 'Cretan Salad', also known as Koukouvagia (or Dakos), is aptly named after its place of origin, the quaint Taverna Myrthios on the enchanting Greek island of Crete.
