54.65M (179’2’’) M/Y KINTA SOLD BY IYC

IYC is proud to announce the sale of  54.65m (179’2’’) M/Y Kinta in an in-house deal with Scott Jones introducing the buyer and Mark Elliott and Kevin Bonnie representing the seller. Built by Turquoise Yachts in 2008 Kinta (ex Vinydrea) is a prime example of pedigree Turkish construction. Having undergone a major refit in 2010-2011 Kinta has been beautifully maintained and is the epitome of a stylish and well-built yacht.
Her refit saw interior designer Jean Guy Verges create an all new contemporary and sophisticated interior style. Key design elements include stunning dark Wenge flooring, with matching leather in the main salon and owner’s suite; new ceilings in soft light camel colour Italian leather; new textiles of ‘milk white’ and ice white’; and dark leathers as a central feature in the owner’s quarters and main stairs. These rich, elegant furnishings and features all combine to create a beautiful interior space for guests.

Kinta is able to welcome 12 guests in six staterooms: the master, VIP, three doubles and one twin. The owner’s space is particularly impressive, making use of the full beam to create a large and private space with floor to ceiling windows filling the space with light and providing 180 degree views. A centreline main bed is complemented by a private study and lounge, oversized walk in wardrobes, and direct access to the forward deck. The full beam VIP stateroom is another impressive space, with its own lounge and large ensuite with Jacuzzi. Four further guest cabins offer equally large and beautifully styled spaces for guests to retreat to. An elevator and main staircase connect all guest decks for easy movement around the yacht.

A large main salon provides an impressive communal space with its modern design and floor to ceiling windows. The salon leads directly out to the main aft deck which is oversized and boasts a host of features including a large pool/spa with glass waterfall, flanked by two staircases that provide direct access to the bathing platform which also converts into a large terrace and boarding deck. The upper deck is home to an extensive formal dining set up, together with another lounge, pantry and the wheelhouse. The sundeck provides yet more outdoor space with a large Jacuzzi, sunpads, sunloungers, a full gym and spa cabin, and retractable awning for protection from the sun when required.

Cruising at 14 knots, with a maximum speed of 16 knots, Kinta is powered by twin 1750hp CAT engines with a range of 4000nm. High speed satellite internet and WiFi throughout the vessel ensure seamless connection when on board, and all main guest spaces boast advanced entertainment and AV systems. She is the perfect yacht for modern, elegant on board living, with extensive guest spaces on offer.
