John grew up on the South Shore of Long Island and became a boat owner at the age of 12, when he purchased his first boat. A highly successful broker, John has been awarded the Richard Bertram Yachts top broker award 26 times. His strong experience, excellent communication skills, and focus on listening to what his clients are looking for in a yacht have contributed to his success. He also worked on a line of Royal Denship/Chaperone boats, ranging from 150’ to 500’ in length, designed to escort owners’ yachts and carry all their equipment and toys. Passionate for the sea and yachting, John enjoys sharing the boating experience with the children of his community. He is heavily involved in the organization of the Annual Big Brothers/Big Sisters Fishing Tournament on the first Saturday of June each year. Another project he launched is the “Well-er Days”, ie. Freedom Waters where he arranges yacht day trips for children with cancer and for veterans. John currently lives and works in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He joined IYC as Yacht Sales Consultant in 2017.
